Refund policy

Misseey – Return & Refund Policy

At Misseey, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be situations where an item does not fit or meet expectations. This policy outlines your rights and obligations in accordance with consumer laws and our business practices.

Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
For customers in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in new condition – unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Original tags must still be attached, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

  • Clear photos of the item, including tags, must be sent before approval of the return.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and swimwear (unless faulty)

  • Accessories such as bags, shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, and belts

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@misseey.com  and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos of the item(s). Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
Please keep your tracking number until the return process has been completed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds and Store Credit

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
If the item meets the return requirements, the customer may choose between a full refund to the original payment method or store credit valid for 12 months.
In the case of a faulty or incorrect item, the customer may also choose between a full refund or store credit.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged once the return is approved.
If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be paid.
If the new item is less expensive, the difference will be refunded or issued as store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery, including photos. Recognized faults include broken seams, holes, tears, or clear manufacturing defects. We will replace the item at no cost, or provide a full refund or store credit, according to your preference.

Limitation of Liability

Misseey is not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages, or customs fees, duties, or delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
